These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (the “Services”) provided by UNLOCKLAND PTE. LTD. (“UnlockLand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@unlock.land of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees and taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- We may change pricing or plan features with prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
- Upload malicious code or use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, models, methodology, designs, and trademarks, are owned by UnlockLand or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Data.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products, data, or websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Third-party data is provided “as is” and may be subject to additional restrictions.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. UnlockLand outputs are decision-support estimates and are not appraisals, investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of permit approval, feasibility, or financial returns. You are responsible for independently verifying results before acting on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlockLand and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnlockLand and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
