• Users are responsible for all activity under their account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 UnlockLand IP

All platform software, models, interfaces, and documentation are owned by UnlockLand.

5.2 Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate.

You grant UnlockLand a limited license to process such data solely to provide the Services.

6. AI & Output Disclaimer

• Outputs are generated using automated systems
• Outputs are not legal, financial, or investment advice
• Users remain responsible for decisions and outcomes
• UnlockLand does not guarantee accuracy or results

7. Fees & Payments

• Fees are based on your subscription or agreement
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Pricing may change with notice

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Unlawful use is detected
• Required by law or security concerns

You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• UnlockLand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months
• We are not responsible for business or investment outcomes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnlockLand from claims arising from:

• Misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

British Columbia, Canada
